elevatethesky One of the funnest albums I've heard in awhile. Chock full of feel good and danceable songs. From the dreamy movie-esque vibes of 'How Loud Is Your Love' to the urgency of ' Searching For The Lost Days' to the Tron-ish vibes of Mind Control, there's something for everyone. Fans of Daft Punk, Lifeline, and Droid Bishop will love this album! Favorite track: How Loud Is Your Love (with Jan Johnston).

David Rotenburger Sublime music of varying types of synthwave and hints of trance! This is an album of the past, present and perhaps the future. It's nice to see that after all these years, Jan Johnston's vocal talent is still utterly awesome and hasn't changed either! All in all, captivating and charismatic masterpiece!!! Would anyone expect less from Outland Recordings? Favorite track: How Loud Is Your Love (with Jan Johnston).

Pash Bridges Huge respect for Shades of Thunder for making an incredibly diverse album, ranging from classic outrun sound to synthpop, dreamwave, future funk and even some trance influences. Without any doubt, this is a breath of fresh air in this small but overcrowded, copy-paste synthwave scene! As a huge 90s trance fan and a trance DJ in my previous life, I was especially blown away with the Jan Johnston collaboration, one of the greatest trance vocals ever. We need more trance/synthwave crossovers! :) Favorite track: How Loud Is Your Love (with Jan Johnston).
